Arrangements for transfers to/from the Mae Haad Pier can be made through the reception. We are delighted to provide complimentary transfer service from Mae Haad Pier for check-in guests arriving with Lomprayah, SongSerm and Seatran Ferry companies. The hotel requires guests to confirm their arrival time on the island 1-2 days before arrival. If a different ferry company has been booked, the guest is required to confirm with resort the exact arrival time otherwise the pick-up service cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the hotel for more information.
